  Wilson's have been managing a property for us for almost 3 years. We have been continually impressed with their helpfulness and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property manager.

  You state 'please be advised that we act in our Owners best interests' even when it is against tendency law, sadly this real estate banks on that you won't take them to tendency tribunal court as many people have jobs, lives and not the time to fight them through the system especially when you have an infant at home. Since writing my previous review I have now spoken to dozens of people on the peninsula who have also had horrible experiences with this real estate so I am confident that although many renters don't have the means nor the time to fight for their rights the word is getting around and that in itself will hopefully wake you guys up to treating renters with decency and not abuse the system like you seem to do. Stop making excuses for your rude and appalling behaviour and take responsibility I teach children but you guys really sound worse then children in your responses. Oh and by the way we found a fabulous real estate locally and guess what THEY FIX THINGS WHEN THEY BREAK why because it's the law!! RENTERS BEWARE

  Worst real estate agent on the coast. BEWARE if you want be lied to and your property poorly taken care of go to them. They don't assign one real estate agent per property they have 100s to one real estat agent poorly managed and just an overall mess of how they run there properties which leads to bad management and bad attitude who treat you with contempt.

  Absolutely rude women behind the desk, principal is a moron. Had so many issues for the last 2 years from not being told about inspections and rent increases to being met with absolute nonsense. These people think they are right about absolutely everything and won't even entertain the idea against. So unprofessional and so rude that I can't even deal with them anymore.
