  I am grateful to have a big supermarket in Woy Woy and Coles Woy Woy do a great job. Keeping the family fed is an outgoing priority. It is always good to know that Coles is nearby.

  Why on earth would you open your store at Umina Beach at 6am and your Woy Woy store at 7am? I’d like to know if it is due to individual store management- do they set their own hours or is it a decision made at a corporate head office level based on ?? I can tell you it certainly isn’t Coles considering convenience or good customer services when one is a 10min drive from the train station and the other is roughly a 90 SECOND walk to the station!

  They have it all. But not all of them are fresh. Need a bit more work in presentation and stock rotation. More sale item wont hurt. Good otherwise.

  This store has a smaller range then other Coles locations. The fresh fruit and vegetables can be quite bad, but not always.

  Only a very short few are pleasant & give good customer service the others are all rude including the woman manager that helps serve on the 12 items or less checkout. Fressh eell definately make sure you check all the dates on evetything fresh you buy
